At HeavenSent, we want you to feel divine in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HeavenSent designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
